Our philosophy stems from the simple thought of how we can maximise the use of an ingredient at its prime. Our condiments are a stepping stone into this community; a flavour explosion that immediately elevates a meal to a restaurant quality dish, with minimal time and effort required.  We offer all the tools from consultations, recipes and artisanal products to help unleash the fullest extent of your culinary imagination and capability.

It is a place to come to for inspiration and creativity, a point of contact for restaurants to support their chefs, and help create innovative menus cleverly incorporating seasonal ingredients. Through unique recipes, we make seasonal, local produce approachable, exciting and available to everyone at home, all year round.

Come Visit Us

Our newly opened shop is situated in Seaforth. With the help of our friends from The Wuli Project, who serve house roasted coffee, we’ve created a welcoming space where the community can relax, chat, enjoy a coffee, and explore our diverse menu.

For us, food holds a significant space in our hearts, from the stories told around the dinner table to the childhood memory unlocked by the smell of your favourite dish, that’s why we have curated a menu that blends classic flavours with modern cooking techniques.

Most importantly, it is a place to showcase our range of pickles, preserves and ferments. While we offer our staple items online, we will be selling seasonal products that are only available in store.
